Hello, how do I "rate" comments, such as a like/dislike?

A bar under each message will appear and you'll just click the one you want

Each forum rank can be earned by getting trophy points. All the possible trophy points are listed here: Trophies | Skyblock Forums

Here's the list of all the forum ranks and how many trophy points you need for each:
New Member - 0
Member - 10
Active Member - 70
Well-Known Member - 180
Experienced Member - 220
Senior Member - 280

 

Is it possible to find out which ones I have unlocked?

 

If you go to your profile and scroll down to "Trophy Points" and click on the number next to it.
