Support, I missed you being on the staff team.

 

I mean no offense, of course, but I cannot help but feel as if this cycle needs to be broken as soon as possible—lest it continues to get repeated and repeated until every moderator has resigned and asked to be re-promoted again and again and we’re forced to continue weaving around those that don’t have the time for it besides a few select hours for a few months.

It’s impossible to judge an applicant when they held moderator for two or three weeks and then resigned for the exact same reason as the first time. If you get moderator back and your summer ends, there’s a high chance that you will, once again, resign and cause the cycle to repeat.

I don’t like moderators that resign and then ask for some sort of rank back for it, whether it be forum moderator, TeamSpeak moderator or any other asinine rank. It’s like quitting your job and then going in two weeks later and asking for it back because you now have enough time to do it. I cannot fathom how much time people who make a decision and then go back on it weeks later annoy me.

You have a little info tab named ‘will not back down’ but you have, twice already. You’ve simply missed the meaning of it and twisted it to make yourself look like you’re dedicated when you’re not. You’re , in my opinion, far from dedicated because you’ve done the same thing twice and now you’re back for a third time. Then you have ‘hard worker’ which makes me laugh, because you’re not. You just gave up, resigned and then asked for the rank back.

You’ve had two chances, which is enough, let another person have a chance for moderator and just spend your summer months as a normal player helping people.

I understand your perspective, though I never meant for it to be that way. The first demotion and resignation was simply a misunderstanding. I went through the phase a moderator always goes through where they feel unable to give anything significant to the staff team is incredibly important people. The last time, I didn't realize that just because I can't put all my time into it doesn't mean I have failed the staff team. It's very close to my heart and I know that's I've had a problem or two in the past, but I believe I'm completely capable.

That's fine, Fight. I know I'm not very present on forums as of lately. From not being a moderator, I never felt the need to jump on forums. It was usually dry for me anyways until I started to slowly get more involved. Thank you. And no, I'm not reapplying for the summer. I should of worded myself better and will fix that in the application itself. I felt like I couldn't give everything I had and I was a failure because of it.

Before you begin judging me and my qualities that I've chose specifically to list, maybe you should know the reasons for my resignation. It seems better to be educated before making the decision to just say I'm not fit, right? c:

Anyways, I am breaking the cycle. There is no doubt in my mind that I am utterly in love with this server and everyone on it. I've gone in several rants, several messages and helping other mods find their passion.
First demotion and resignation was a personal relationship issue. We figured it out, fixed it and that was that. There is no reason to bring that up because it's irrelevant.
I didn't resign for the same thing, not once. I had a personal relationship issue, went through my faze of not feeling like I'm putting enough into the team itself and I felt like a failure for not getting all my effort put into the server. How I've fixed these problems? Simple.
Personal relationship issues are no longer a thing. We have worked it out easily and we're wonderful now.
I know I make an impact and I'm well aware. Simple as that.
I know how to balance my real life and my mine craft life. I've learned the skill, though not mastered, is something I'm proud of.
I've explained everything in the words above. If you still choose to feel that way, I apologize. But this is my opinion on the matter and I believe I added something that is nice to the staff team. Thanks, Sean.

I think I'll say my final opinion on whether or not I support or not.

I think you have the potential to be a great mod, but you're too ignorant (for lack of a better word) to see that you're not always right.

In the incident with Jefff ,(Staff Report (Ginger) | Skyblock Forums) I feel he absolutely destroyed you in the report. I didn't many of the characteristics you said you are in it. He got himself and other mods to show where you went wrong, but you were too focused on your opinion to see the big picture. As if, you were scared to be wrong.

I told you countless times that the whole ban was complete bs. You'd say you consider what I said, but I highly doubt you did.

Everyone in this report showed your mess ups in that ban, but you wouldn't listen.

If I remember correctly, he didn't even get an unban. Just a shortened tempban for a ban that never even happened.

(Note: Not to mention you resigned quickly after this report lol)
