I am aware of that, Rocket has 250 positives. On Mineverse I had 250 positives, then I was able to do it when I got 250 likes.

 

He meant Cyp probably made a typo and it's actually 250 likes.

I am looking forward to when I can do my profile cover. This profile cover thing actually reminds me of FaceBook. FaceBook actually has the same type of concept, but I don't think you can use GIF's on Facebook for your profile cover. I do know that I have a ways to go before I can actually activate my profile cover, which does give me time to look for a good profile cover. Thanks CypriotMerks I think this was a really neat idea.
