Why do no mobs spawn?

    Why do mobs never spawn in the area I have for them to?

    Natural mob spawn is turned off to reduce lag. Go to /warp mob or buy spawners for all of your needs :D. The only thing is that Bukkit needs to be updated to fix the mob spawning for spawners.

    There are also no mobs spawning at /warp mob currently. That is also a problem with bukkit and Minecraft 1.5
