Please Help! I should've done this earlier, but, at least 1 month ago, I had over $3000 skybucks. Then one normal day, I get on to discover I have $0. Why? This really bugs me because I have spent years saving up those. My brother and I used to share this account, and spend many hours playing this game. It is my #1 favorite Minecraft server, and I don't want that to be ruined by a skybuck glitch. Thank you in advance - CarCha5

Alright, so my theories for this are if you and your brother are sharing the account, he may have done something
with the SkyBucks like spent them. Also, there's been a few issues where players have been losing SkyBucks from
what I've seen. If you have a screenshot of you with the 3000 SkyBucks, post it here and that will bring you closer
to getting a refund, however, if you don't have one, the chances are slim to be refunded.

 

We used to share this account, but he got his own and has not had access for at least 5 months. Even if he did, it went from over $3000 to $0 in 1 day. I will try to find a screenshot, I have recorded many games on this server. Thanks

 

Please let this be enough proof, I have been going through every single log file in my Minecraft folder and finally found something. Both of these screenshots of these files show that I had over $3000, this was the last day I had over $3000. I went on a day or 2 later and had 0, I will look for that too. I will continue to find more proof if this isn't enough. Thank You for your time.

Right Here \/ is the lowest I've ever gotten with me knowing about it, my friend came over and went crazy....
As you can see here though, I started saving up again. Eventually to over $3000 again

 

Same thing happened to me twice, except it was more a glitch then possibly another person doing it. I think the best thing to do is just vote a lot and save up. I went from 500 to 0 to 100 to 0 and I'm at 600 now.. All of these happened in a month.

It should be sufficient, it shows your balance and et cetera. A video is more preferable in this instance because you can identify yourself better, by that I mean showing your skin and that it is actually your account by private messaging yourself, which would display your IGN.

That's good, that should aid in getting your SkyBucks back. Your skin matches the arm texture in the first screenshot you sent in this thread, and your HUD display is the same. Hopefully this gets you closer to having your $$ returned.
