As you have established, you were banned for scamming. The agreed trade was 4 stacks of grass for 4 diamonds. Why did you decide to scam the player after agreeing to the trade?

 

I don't remember scamming him but as you said that i scammed him for four stacks of grass if i get unbanned i will give it back to him. I don't remember Scamming him.

I will really like to be unbanned and i wont ever scam again. Just tell me the name of the person and i will save up the grass for him/her. Please.

 

This is the evidence against you. It clearly shows you agreeing to the trade, collecting the diamonds, and then leaving. I repeat my question: Why did you decide to scam the player after agreeing to the trade?

 

I swear that wasent me It was either Faze_Flly Or CuriousBrain because i dont remember this. I think it was them because they have the password to my account. I promise this wasent me.

Regardless of whether it was your friends who have access to your account, it was still your account which committed the offence of scamming.

When answering these questions before, you never mentioned anything about your friends being on your account. You said that you would never scam again. If it is the case that you don't remember scamming, why did you not include this in the original format?

 

Because i remember scamming 1 banner but i never scammed 4 diamonds and i didn't know that i got banned because of this. I promise ill get a screen shot of him telling the truth.

Unfortunately, I do not have the proof of this 1 banner scam. However, I do have the proof of the 4 diamond scam, which you are banned for currently.

I cannot accept any screenshots of a third party messaging service as sufficient evidence. Also, if your friends have access to your account, then it is likely that you have access to theirs, allowing the evidence to be possibly faked.

When I looked up your recent actions regarding placing and taking diamonds from chests, I noticed that the chest had been removed with no time log of when. It is possible to do this by using a tool with silk touch on it, which suggests that it was deliberate to remove traces of the diamonds.

Before I can consider accepting your appeal, I'll need you to do two things.

• Read the server rules located here, and read the "No scamming/stealing" rule thoroughly.

• Place a chest close to your island spawn. Private it and add my in-game name on it (It's Iblyxe). Place a sign next to the chest explaining that it is a refund chest. In this chest, place the 4 diamonds that you took from the player you were supposed to be trading with. Along with this, in order to access the chest, you will need to trust me on your island, to do this: /trust Iblyxe.

You have a total of 3 days from the time that this message was sent to do both these things. When done, reply back here saying so. If you fail to do so within the 3 days provided, you will be re-banned, and required to make another appeal.
