Yeah Mae that wasn't even mean what she said. She was helping you improve and you should really be able to accept negative in detail criticism. If you can't that is just another point to why you are very unfit for this job.

I moved it to that because she said she was nick abused and j still partially believe her and that if she works super hard and fixes her mistakes I give partial support. Also it's not like I said the problem aloud and not just for her. I gave partial not just cos I wanted to be friends again but whatever. I won't be friends with her then if she keeps treating me like this. I agree with you, tho.

Leave what Mae? Just keeping you up to date with all the things you need to work on if you genuinely want to become a moderator. And you did say to leave feed back on what you should work on, right? So, stop being stubborn and disagreeing with all our posts because that is rate abuse.

Hi Mae, this is FDoug.
Let me be frank in saying this Mae. I quickly read through a few of the comments that deem themselves as "constructive criticism." Many of the posts seem more destructive than constructive to me. I think above all else the most important things that I personally prioritize in mod applicants is whether they 1. know and can enforce the rules properly, 2. if they are able to make proper judgements calls on trivial measures (this is my biggest problem with you, don't let people who are just pestering you bother you, the internet is full of trolls.) 3. lastly I believe thats it's important for moderators to be active and able to MODERATE. That's the whole purpose of having moderators; there will always be people who can find ways around consoles, or use (caps protection) to get out of caps warnings, and its the moderator's job to fill in and make up for mistakes/situations that programs can't handle. I think if you stop worrying so much about all of the people who just want to rile you up and instead cut straight to the rules and your own decision making then you'll make a great mod, after all, you're going to be the mod, not you and everyone else in this thread. I'd have to give you 50% support. You'll get there eventually but remember their comments should be about improving you, not pleasing everyone else. Hope this makes sense.
