A player by the name of pillow_fox scammed me and took my 13 grass 2 iron ingots 2 gold ingots and a bunch of blank banners and most of the banners from my banner shop is there any way I can untrust him and get my stuff back I locked my island and my chests but I would really like my stuff back

Did he steal the items from a chest or did you throw it at him?

Oh and I forgot to mention he stole a partially used diamond godded picaxe

 

I have 20 Grass and a Diamond Pickaxe I can refund you, but the banners aren't something I possess. I won't be
in-game today until 5pm GMT + 10:00, but I'll hold on to the Grass and the Pickaxe for you until I see you or I am
able to have a Moderator deliver them to you. Let me know if you'd like this.

 

also can I make it so only me and 1 other person can open a chest? Like by
Locking it but letting them open it as well

So, all you need to do is place the Lockette ( 1 Sign ) on the chest. Then, right click the sign and type
/lockette 3 and then the username of the player. This will allow only you and the chosen player to be
able to access the chest.

You can ask an online mod to log block the chest that was stolen from and the mod will most be able to refund you all the items.
