So, I was reading through the amnesty thread because I was bored, and found that owning too many buckets is bad. Is it illegal to use my own iron to make buckets? Should I go directly to amnesty? Also, using me and my brothers' kits, we have a decent amount of sand on the island. Quoted from amnesty thread: "Common Ban reasons: - Griefing, stealing/looting, bridging - Offensive signs you placed (hate, racism, etc.) - Being part of a group of violators - Excess quantities of buckets/lava/sand/dirt" I was cleaning up my island after tearing it down for remodeling and found a lot of buckets, mostly filled with lava. The lava was acquired by obsidian, and I am pretty sure me or one of my island mates crafted the buckets themselves. The excess sand we have is due to kits. Is this bad? If so, I want to correct it quickly. Thanks for reading!
As long as it wasn't island farmed and sand came from donor kits then you are fine. Making your own items is fine and not against the rules I have like a DC full of buckets w/ lava xD from when me and ghost remodeled the island
Is there a way to get dirt legally? I mean, you could sacrifice 1 grass by placing it, but it does not seem worth it to me...
The amnesty thread is kind of outdated -- we will never ban someone for having excessive number of buckets unless there is clear evidence of island farming. You can have as many as you want if you make them using your own iron. As for 2spooky's question about getting dirt legally beyond the amount given with new islands, the only way is by sacrificing grass.
Sorry. But the only way is to sacrifice your grass as Kerahna stated. You can make graves for them if you wanna remember them
