As I'm sure you're aware, you'll need to be more involved throughout this community as well. Being well known here isn't the most important part of applying, but it does help to get your application noticed and out there, as well as anything you do.

Your application is good, however, I personally would have extended the "Why do you think you should be a mod?" section, including how you will help the community in the future, or how you currently do.

I like the way the application is set out, it's pleasant to read and the colours fit nicely.

she shouldnt use her mod rank @ mineverse as a free ticket to mod here, just as Krissy said, she has to earn her way. It's not even really about what you write also, its how you can do the job, and what kind of contributions you can provide to this community.

Helpfully servicing players that need help. Um... Okay? I can get behind that and support(?) I can see how new players may ask some questions that would draw fire from the rest of the community.

TWO cliffhangers? Sylvester Stallone gives an enthusiastic thumbs-up! I haven't been this teased since LucasFilms announced a prequel three years before filming the movie.

Which players? You seem to have a specific group in mind when you mention how odd your hours are. Why is it "crucial"? I'm more interested than a mime in a glass box factory.

I cannot decide if this is a #HumbleBrag or "App Negging", as in "I do what I can, but I could do more as a Mod!" Either way you get a +1 for slipping this into your application in a sly manner.

HOMESCHOOLED. You can call it "virtual learning", "alternate education" or whatever else you like, ma'am. You are at home, learning at your own pace. This isn't a bad thing but you're going through some rather odd lingual gymnastics to avoid the phrase. Why do this?

Hummingbirds envy your time management, Ms. Satisfy. 3:42 precisely?! That is some insane schedule control, I can't even time a bathroom break down to the exact minute like that. Incredible.

Post a schedule. Are you volunteering to be on all Saturday and Sunday? For the entire weekend? +1 if you can pull this off but most of us would like an hour or three for lunch and anti-anxiety medication.

Why are you applying for two Moderator positions at once? I'm not a mathmologist or anything but doesn't that mean you can only perform half as well on both servers?

You are Schrödinger's Moderator. I am highly interested in how you're about to break some fundamental laws of physics and explain how you can be active on two things at the exact same time.

Twice as much, half the quality. You won't be on both simultaneously, you will be on each server for half as long. I was hoping for some really nifty "split screen" explanation here, but it looks like you want to give 50% attention to both job positions.

I am stuck harder than a fat model on a fashion walkway. On one hand I want to ask why "outgoing and kind" helps with banning, muting, warning and kicking players. But on the other hand you're already a Mod, so these traits must be working for you. #BaffledMe

I would have to say that the phrase "rude to anyone in a sincere way" is highly interesting. Is it allowed to be rude... insincerely? I can get on board with that, ex-satisfy. You have a wonderful application here, I can't imagine why getting only half your attention would ever disqualify you for a Mod position.

This killed me. +1 for unintentional hilarity. "I know most of the commands! ... are these used here?" -- I laughed until I got hiccups.

You may want to "expand this area in which you're good with" a bit more, ma'am. I'm quite aware of ad hominem methodology however you did point out your fluency with English earlier. Please rewrite to explain how procedural arguments help while resolving "NUH UH"-style debates among ten year old players. Or ignore me: Frankly I'm terrible at reviews and you seem like you have a good acceptance rate going on around here.

You avoided saying how many of your bans were overturned. Responding correctly is nice, but how many of your bans ended up being illegitimate...? These are the little things I pick up on, ma'am. If you didn't mean to avoid the topic then rewrite this qualification to something along the lines of "I do not ban for questionable reasons. When challenged on a ban, I explain my reasoning and the ruling is upheld." If you can't make this claim then you may want to quietly remove this qualification.

Or ignore me! I am terrible at this review thing and you are already an accepted Moderator. Who am I to question your application?

Perhaps this is because I'm old and already in a position of authority. But when I task my subordinates with something and they reply "I'll do my best" I tend to immediately re-assign them to something less critical. Like licking floors clean.

Whether you meant to or not the phrase "I'll do my best" implies you expect to fail. Which is fine if you are making some cupcakes or organizing a birthday party. But when it comes to banning people who have given real money to the server? You better be 100% perfect or they'll pull a "Stel"on you. When it comes down to the issue of who gives money to pay the bills you will quickly find that "your best" is not going to cut it if there is any possible wiggle room on an issue.

Where you are now isn't good enough...? You appear to be applying for some sort of "Mega-Mod" position. So you were granted an authority spot on MV and it wasn't enough; now you want to spend half the time moderating on twice the servers?

You're not a real boy, Pinocchio. There are several thousand applications in this subforum that can testify really wanting something isn't enough to get that shiny reward. You already have a Moderator position, cutting your time at the job you were hired for to gain a status spot over here is a bit vainglorious.

You're quite welcome, best of luck of your application ma'am. Feel free to disregard my opinion. I'm fairly sure these "no supports" do no affect your chances anyway.
