this is just my opinion but I think there should be a section of the forums dedicated to donor prefix changes. Just like the forums username/birthday changing thing. So Cyp can check that section of the forums instead of seeing request all over the forums. It'll make it easier for Cyp and the donors. Example of what Cyp can write on the thread (it's just a copy of Sean's thread but just changed the content, sorry Sean) In order to keep this thread clean and nice looking, all posts will be soft-deleted after the request has been completed. Any off-topic posts will be removed and the one who posted the post will be infracted accordingly. If your request cannot be completed properly, you will be alerted via an alert.
