    I, GodDestroyer2, use to be Donor100 and now im Donor50. My brother, GodDestroyer6, bought the Donor50 and it gave it to me. It might be because our names are easy to think as identical or it might be a larger issue. Please, please help me. A mod named Renaa was very nice and told me to do this and was helping me.

    Proof of you having the rank in game. OR you purchasing the donor100 in game.

    Do you have a picture of the purchase or your transaction IDs?

    As other people have said, you need proof. Preferably the transactions ID, but an in-game screenshot of you with the rank would probably work too.

    but shouldn't skyblock.net have proof of the purchase? i didnt take screen shots because i have too many photos, and i dont know how to get the transactions ID. Im not lying i promise you-have to believe me!

    I HAD Donor100 but its skyblock.net's fault that i dont know! My brother was just trying to get Donor50 but it gave me the Donor50! WHy would i make this up if i already had Donor100!!!!

    Calm down. if you actually bought donor, the problem will be sorted out.
    When you buy donor, you should get an email confirming that you bought it. In there should be the transaction ID at the bottom. To upload a video, upload it to a website such as youtube, and link it here.

    Cyp will help really quickly in email, he got my donor that way. Calm down though, he might have a different time zone than you so be patient. Don't spam him
