NOTE: I am probably one of the first people to make a Forums application, so This may be a little different than a regular application for the servers. READ: I am making a Forum Mod application instead of a server moderator one because I can't be on the server everyday (because of School, and house rules) but, I can be on Forums pretty much anytime. Only as a moderator for a server (well co-owner). But no experience yet for Forums. If I were to be accepted I would have to be taught how to do different responsibilities that come from this. Why do you think you should be a mod? I think that I should be a Forums Moderator because: I am Honest I always tell the truth, even if it will cause me to get in trouble, and I can be trusted because of this. I also don't lie to get out of trouble. I am also honest with banning. I will also confess to a ban even if others disagree with it. I am Friendly I am friendly to everyone no matter what race, sex, age, background, or who they love; because of this I am also very against discrimination/bullying and other things along those lines. I am also able to easily bond with people that I don't know when online (mostly since I have problems with talking to people face-to-face). This also helps with being able to make others feel more comfortable on forums. I am Mature I am very mature for my age (13) and also very well behaved. A point that should be said about me, is that I have ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) and so it is sometimes harder for me to concentrate on tasks, but that isn't much of a problem anymore. I am mature also since I can keep myself composed during times of stress. I have a great sense of Humor I have a somewhat different sense of humor than most people, so usually people around me are also happy because they don't know what will happen to come out of my mouth next. I also would like to point-out that there are very few times that my humor can be somewhat lewd, disturbing, or plain, flat-out inappropriate; but, who doesn't have that moment once in a while? We are all Human so we are bound to make mistakes. I am (somewhat) Stricter I am more strict since I will ban without hesitation for people that have repeat offences with bans. I also enforce the rules very strongly. I know all the rules by heart. I won't hesitate to ban for very major offences, as long as strong evidence is give, and also if I can verify that the person is being truthful. I am Helpful I am very helpful when it comes to people with questions/concerns, and when it comes to people that need help with something that others can't/won't help with I am Kind As I stated in [Friendly] I don't discriminate. That also means I will stand up for people being targeted, and also the ones that aren't getting the help that they need/want from others (in regards to forums). I am Calm I am calm in stressful situations. I also don't get angry very easily, so this is good for if there are people that have problems on here and are constantly asking to get things done I can get them done on-time, or even early. I Stick to what I Believe is Right, Just and Fair When I believe that something should be done, I stick to that belief even if others don't like me for it, because I'm not really affected with what people have to say to me that people will find mean, rude, or hurtful. If people have a problem with me I try to fix it (sometimes) but, usually I will say "Deal with It, you can't force people to change for your own benefit, just learn to accept people as they are!" Further additions will be added as people need them to be. You cannot currently apply for forum moderator. Either way, you do not help on the forums and you seem a bit inactive on it. No support, sorry.
Support. Regardless of there not being a section for this type of application you still went ahead and applied for it. It takes a lot of guts to apply for something that's not even an option to apply for. You seem to be confident and kind and I appreciate that. Just because applying for this isn't an option doesn't mean you deserve no support. I like how instead of applying for mod in game because of the lack of section for this application you acknowledged the fact that you won't be as active in game as you would on forums and applied for forums instead of wasting time as an in game mod. Since I'm a primary source of information on the subject, I may as well confirm the statements of others that you can't apply for forum positions, at least for the moment. I was hand-picked by Cypriot, who wanted me as in-game staff originally (and still thinks that I'd hold the position well). He doesn't want applications for Forum Mod open to the public, as it would cause a decline in in-game applications as people would just apply for Forum Mod instead because it's less time-consuming. That, and it's not like I have my work cut out for me. I mainly just clean up the forums when I get the chance to get on them, and it's a fine amount of work for one person to handle. More than one person with my position would be slight overkill, at least in my opinion. Despite all of this, I highly agree with Jennie. You did exactly what I did, which was acknowledge potential in-game inactivity and go for a forum position instead. I'll be watching out for you. c:
Adding on to this, I do not believe we will have forum mod applications for a very long while, if we ever do. I sent a message to cyp on this subject to learn more, which he promptly responded, "No applications for Forum Moderators and never will be an application section for forum moderators. He's conveyed to me that it will be at least a solid year before he promotes anyone besides me, if ever.
