I've noticed that you have a plugin called "Staff Chat". I think that we, the players, should get a chat channel as well. There should be the default channel which is local and applies to anyone inside of your island. Then a channel for people looking for items, selling items, or trading. Also a chat for people who just want to talk to others, like global. Last but not least I think there should be a friends chat. That just pertains to people you want in that channel group, such as if the system of friends gets added to the server, there is a chat channel that allows you to talk to just your friends. It may concern you (Staff) hat there isn't enough staff to cover each channel, but I believe it could be added that any staff will get to see all the channels combined into one, so they can moderate it of course.
