There is absolutely NO need to bump. You should only bump at the most once a day, IF there is no posts. There was already one at 8 AM.
I really don't think you have. Many others have said the same thing in your previous application, and I see no improvement. If you say you're going to work on something, work on it. Not just say it. Actions speak louder than words.

You're not a very fast typer. It took you around a minute to respond to me on Org when no one was talking to you and you made plenty of mistakes.
