Years ago I purchased a ten dollar donor rank, I then quickly upgraded to 25. I am now attempting to upgrade from the $25 rank to the $50 but it tells me I can not make this purchase. I am wondering if it has something to do with my name change from Scoob98 to Scoob. Please help, I am needing this upgrade tonight. Oh and if proof is needed, just check on the server, as I do have all of the commands for 25 and the kit.
Oh and I unfortunately do not have a receipt for the purchases of the ten and twenty-five dollar ranks as they were made a few years ago.
It would be an issue with buycraft not recognising your previous donation. I had this issue before on other buycrafts. As stel said Cyp or Crew could fix this for you otherwise just play the waiting game
You will be helped. I'd also like to point out the problems with buycraft. I was contacted online by a player (might have been you) who said they couldn't donate to the server. They couldn't buy a rank that they wanted. I wasn't sure what happened so I responded with, "Uh... What did your order say?" The player said that it couldn't go through (the message you got) and the conversation ended there since I told the player to get in contact with Cyp. Another time I've had 2 players email Cyp for donating money for /fly or something. Not sure what's up with it :/
