All it is is a Google Form. No one can see who participated, and only the creator can see the results, unless shared. Your email is safe as well.

 

It looks like org needs the most active moderators, as there is apparently none on most of the time. According to the EST, the evening time is when there are the most moderators are on.

 

Which is when I can never be on :/

 

I'm on in the morning for 20 minutes during the week. Same thing with the weekends too
