Once I'm done with my spawn for my visit on org, I planned to add a section to the shop that shows every rules in detail, as well as illegal things to add/do to your island. It would include everything stated above. Hope this could help a bit.

Yes - like "Guidelines" or "Server rules" (i.e. not rules about playing but restrictions specific to the server that should be common knowledge).

I support only two statements in this; "Do not place item frames, visitors to your island can and will steal them." & "To prevent getting scammed, set up a one-time use trade shop crate setup in order to carry out one-time transactions." I'd also like to add that armor stands can and will be griefed, just like item frames, they're considered entities and there is no way of logging either of them. And lastly items in Item Frames can be removed by clearlag.
