Your new "cool downs" need fixing. [Tanner & Cyp] (cyp replied, 1/3 issues resolved)

    With this new update, there is or was a cooldown on some commands, although you still haven't fixed the repeating commands thing which is way more important. ,along with other things, /spawnmob has a cooldown.WHY. We want to spawn sheep, floks of sheep, so we can shear them and obtain wool. Now we can spawn 6 sheep in 10 minutes. WHAT. I mean, the entire point of the perk is to have wool/resources. What are we supposed to do with this?! I don't know what else was changed, I'll add it, but cooldown on some commands? Yeah sure (NOT /spawnmob, takes away the point) but before you do that fix the repeating thing.

    Un-useful: I have 3 axes I want godded... now I have to wait 10 minutes to god them all. (We bought the perms to do that and we should) Same deal with /spawnmob. Cyp, what the is this good for. "/enchant all" getting abused? How?


    So, all in one:
    - Take away /spawnmob cooldown or narrow it down to about 10 seconds, put in a 20 second /tpa cooldown to avoid spam
    - Take away the repeating commands not allowed thing now.
    - Take away the /enchant all cooldown, this can't even be abused!

    I want to spawn some squids for ink sacs. Well, you just wait 10min and you'll get about 13 incsaks. Eh NO.

    It's because skygods tend to abuse the command. This hurts me as well, so for now just deal with it.

    I agree with /spawnmob and but the tpa command cooldown is unnecessary. You could easily accept or decline the tpa request. Also the repeating commands I am neutral about because for godding it is annoying but it does help tpa spam

    The command gets abused, we have /visit for a reason.
    Others actions and spamming has caused this, I personally agree with Cyp for doing this.

    This is a very big controversy... personally I think putting a cool down on some commands and not all would be great but some I think we need to be able to spam.

    Useful: /tpa because it helps with tea spam.
    Although,

    like we actually needed spawnmob to have cool down, not like we needed a cool down on nick amirite

    I've seen many donors spamming /spawnmob and it causes .net tps to drop and cause server lag. With the cool down implemented hopefully it will reduce .net lag. I changed the cool down time on /spawnmob from 180 to 90 seconds.

    Thank you for replying cypriot :heart:. I updated the thread, /enchant all does NOT need a cooldown.
    (or is that already removed)

    Support, although for the spawnmob thing I still think it should be shorter. Today I saw a few donors (skygods) asking for help because they wanted to spawn some sheep for wool but the cooldown was still to long. I know its been cut down but I think it should be something like 10-30 seconds. I haven't tried /enchant all yet though.

    10-30 sec cooldown would be perfect in my opinion.
