Hello! I would love it if I even had a look at. I love the server and I feel as if after a long time of wanting 2 I'm ready to trial for staff! IGN: KixxWolf_Beko Timezone: Australian Eastern Time Zone UTC+10:00 What language do I speak?: I speak English and thats all sadly :/ I will hopefully be learning more Japanese as a selective in high school this year. I do also take a slight interest in German since my dad side of the family is from Germany I can speak a little bit in German but just a few basic words. It'd be cool to speak another whole language! I could communicate with a lot of other people better that way. Have I been banned? I am extremely ashamed to say Yes I have been banned. For the reason of grief I believe? I was playing with a friend who was a bit of an a** to the server and I was taught what was wrong extremely quickly I saw what I had did wrong. I learnt my lessons though and that hasn't happened ever since my ban was a long time ago and I have definitely matured since then. Why do I think I should be a Mod? I would love to be a mod for a lot of reasons! Such as I think I could make enforcing the rules not boring and sound like restrictions yet make them sound like a way of keeping the good community the way it is! I have a few younger siblings and it is my role to do the rule making and keeping them out of trouble. I have been told in the past I have a fun attitude and not that bad of a person I think being a mod would also be a great way to meet new people such as someone who is just starting out obviously I would help as much as needed and that would build a great player & staff relationship. I have been with the server for several years but I did have a bit of a break for a year :/ and this server was indeed my first server ever! I would love to keep it a remembered server and know I helped it as a favor for the server helping me back when I purchased Minecraft. Thank you I also accept no racism sexism or rudeness against other people sexuality I have 0 tolerance for that stuff. I also am just absolutely sick of bullies and don't let that stuff slide cyber bulling gets on my nervs so I'd be keeping an eye out for anything of that going down. I do in fact see a lot of stupid stuff that goes on. Such as fights over little things that no1 can seem 2 stop because there is either no mods on or a lot of mods on. I tend to be on when no mods are on sadly however I don't generally get myself into trouble but that is truly a problem when trying too file a report for someone else. Or even get attention for that matter. How long can I be on every day: I do go to high school sadly so I won't have as much time as a primary or middle school kid. I will make time and will already have time 2 go on the server. Week ends I can be on as long as I wish however it is my responsibility 2 know when I should have breaks and what not. Weekdays I would have deadlines 2 be done. school work homework studies etc. I could be on for anytime around 1 - 2 hours during the day (Meaning Morning till around 7pm) If I decide 2 stay up for a bit I can stay up I could be on for an extra 2-3 hours. Do I have past experience as a staff member for a server? Yes I do indeed have experience BUT! I would like to point out that these times were with servers with small communities. So there wasn't much work 2 be done however I would get excited when there was some these communities held between 5-20 Players. Thank you for taking the time 2 read my application! No support, I recommend adding more information and making it a bit more tidier/detailed. I don't see you in the chat offering help that often. Until I have seen an improvement in the app and in-game I will rethink my decision. Hopefully my constructive criticism was found useful.

Advantages: - A lot of time and effort has been put into the process of making the application and for that I applaud you! - It was a very original thread as the layout did not follow suit of previous applications. (A long list of attributes). - Having an introduction makes everyone feel welcome to read your application. - Stating that you're looking forward to learning new languages makes me think that you're generally eager to learn! Which is what being a moderator is all about. Disadvantages: - There are several grammatical errors that need to be addressed, to just make the reading process easier. (Words spelt incorrectly, words being shortened, words being exchanged for numbers). - There needs to be more detail in regards to the 'why you should be a mod', section. As this is the area that really sells you as a person and has the largest impact on whether people are willing to support you or not. - You don't need to put (.NET) in the application title as you're already posting the application in the .NET section for moderator threads. - Stating that you have high respect for the server is all well and good, but its unnecessary as a closing statement, you would not apply to be a moderator if you didn't respect the server. Simply saying 'Thank you for taking the time to read the application' is good enough. Suggestions: - Get someone external to read the application as this will greatly increase the chance of mistakes being picked out as you're not going to notice all of the errors on your own! - Add some more personal and unique detail about what would make you a better moderator than the ones that already exist. - Editing out the 'Emotes', would make your application look more professional, but also deem it as more mature.
