2. Having a higher up mod or any mod tag him wont bring his attention
3. There is minimal proof of losing the blocks, the only proof is your words.

Ex. I could take my stack of dia blocks, die with them in front of someone, wait a long time, say I lost them to a glitch, and then try to get refunded. Along with many ways to fake evidence.

Sorry, but literally there's basically no chance at all to get refunded. =/

 

Yeah, people lie and I've made my mistakes and all, but I don't appreciate your accusing me of forging evidence. Chat gets slow sometimes. Not my fault. Anyways, I understand your extreme concerns as for whether or not this photo was taken in creative or not, however, I myself know that this is a legitimate screenshot of my enderchest from many many months ago. It's been over eight months now that this conversation has gone on with no response from Cyp. I have heard reports of completed refunds that required no proof whatsoever and I have seen quicker responses to refund threads that are well known to be forged. I had had a witness for my achievement of 64 diamond blocks beforehand, but they are no longer an active player. Believe what you may, good sir, but I will not stop the fight to regain my lost riches.

I got my diamond blocks refunded with no proof, the same thing happened to me. I lost 64 diamond blocks when I tried to put them into a crafting table. I asked cyp for a refund, he gave it to me after 2 weeks or so. I had proof, but none was needed.
