    Advantages:
    - Your application was well structured and you've made sure that each section that was implemented sticks out to the reader!
    - There has been a considerable amount of effort that has been put into the creation of the application, so kudos to you.
    - Grammer was okay, but a few changes wouldn't go amiss here and there.

    Disadvantages:
    - Colour to me is a big distraction to the points you're trying to out across, also with the added negative of font changes half way through sentences. These aspects of your application are a serious downfall.
    - Some grammatical errors that need to be changed, but no one can create a perfectly written application first time.
    - There was a lot of information in there that was unnecessary, for example; the sections: Times/Hobbies/known commands

    Suggestions:
    - There is a trend being created with a long list of attributes that players think they posses and feel as though they need to add to their application. Each of the attributes that have been listed are ones that you should have developed in order to get to the confidence level of applying for moderator. You wouldn't apply if you didn't think you had all of the attributes In the application, would you?
    - There needs to be more information about you being a moderator, what would you do as moderator? To be different from the rest? It's alright being like *example, Agent* but the server already has Agent? How will you be unique?
    - Have another read though and change some of the grammatical errors that have occurred.

    Judgment: Neutral

Thank you for your suggestions, though I have a few things to say for myself.
The font changes that you stated, like when I italicized certain things were to show that it was more important information. Some people don't read the entire mod app, and just skim over, so I made sure some info was noticeable.

When I said "Being a moderator isn't a ranking that shows that you're better than other, it's just an ability to help people, and make sure that everyone is being treated fairly, and correctly."

I didn't write that it was being better than everyone. If you read it correctly, I said that it is not a rank that shows you are better. :p

I have read through my mod app many times, so if you find a grammatical error, can you state it out, so that I can change it.

Thanks you taking the time to read my mod app. I thank you for your criticism. :)

Then again I am with Fell_In_Lava, the colour makes it seem immature, and removes proffesionalism.

I used color on my application to show I was creative. Color doesn't show immaturity unless they use a different color for every word and the colors don't match. That can show a bit of immaturity.

Personal Note: I didn't say that it impacted the maturity of the player. I said it makes the application seem immature. There is a difference.
Personal Note: Again, I've just corrected another member on this. I stated that this is my opinion, but ALSO. It makes the application seem immature. Not the player.

    - If we're going into detail, you could have said 'I'm creative' at the start of your application and achieve what you have stated you used colour for. Of which, I deem there to be no resemblance between creativeness and colour on an application such as this.

I know you didn't say it impacted my maturity level, but I don't really deem myself as immature.
Many mod apps uses colors, and I didn't use a random colors.
I stuck with a color scheme.
The colors was to help organize it, and I didn't know some people thought of it was immature.
Besides, color should not affect your support/ non support.

Anyways, thank you for stating your opinions, I will try to change the details.
