Hey guys does Cyp answer threads and help the people who need help in those threads? I'm asking this because my island got deleted (LONG story) find out more at this link:

and I wanna check with you guys whether I should wait to see if Cyp replies or if I just shouldn't be bothered and should get working on my new island. If I do start a new island then donations will be appreciated.

It's just a matter of priority because he is so busy

 

Fintan238 I guess but I think that a person who has lost EVERYTHING should be quite high on his priority list. Also earlier today I was reading another person's thread where the donor transaction didn't work and Cyp didn't reply.

 

He has to look at every thread that people make that involve him. This includes reports, ban appeals, suggestions, help threads, discussion threads, and mod apps. Plus he has to read through the countless inboxes he receives from players, and he has to update threads, deal with administration, and do some moderation. Plus he has to inform players of happenings on the the server. This is just for one forums website. He has to do the same for Mineverse. Also that's just forums. He has to do things on the server itself too. He has to head the mods, communicate with the dev, implement and administrate the plugins, moderate, set up the events, build warps, fix bugs, run ip checks, refund items, perform rollbacks, and deal with hundreds of players messaging him. He has to do all of this for Skyblock.net, Skyblock.org, Skywars, and all the servers on Mineverse. This is a lot to do. He is busy. Please be patient.

 

Does Noobcrew help him with that stuff? I never see Crew on..

Thats like the lowest thing on his list. He has things that are much much more important than one noob losing some easily refundable items.

 

RocketOG it took me quite some time to build that island... also I think it is quite rude calling me a noob so please watch your language. Also the island took time and you cant refund time so please if you have something mean to say just don't say it

 

I can refund you but im not going to. Again one person losing their island is not a big concern of Cyp's he has larger issues to deal with.
