I can confirm that there are some parts that aren't grammatically correct, but overall it gets to the point. Also, I don't think overusing color is in the official in-game rules.

I can barely read traditional, but the pingying is off. Which tells me it's not exactly correct. Looking at Superimpossible's, it should be all right. Again, I can only read in simplifed, and a little in traditional.

That kinda means don't make new island for the island resources.

 

Also if you actually read the chinese, some of it doesn't make sense.
While others... are literally direct translation (cough google translate)
Pretty please => is literally translated to "Beautiful Please" in chinese.... xD
