Is it like 100 messages or a special amount of trophy points or sometn like that?

I think it was 60 trophy points, but I think it's less now.

Achieve a certain amount of Trophy Points on the forums. Pretty sure it's somewhere between 30 and 50.

It was 60, but you couldn't get past 60 without being stuck on 69 because of the way the achievements were staggered.
