I would advise that you take other player's feedbacks to improve on what you need to work on. I do see some great qualifications within you but you tend to get some sort of urge against some people. My recommendation is to just relax a bit, don't get overrated over those who will try and take you down or put you on the spotlight. Just be mature about it.

You're extremely helpful and active. My only criticism is to not be worried about the nonsupports/supports. That doesn't matter. It matters on how successful you can be as a trial moderator.

The app was longer than it had to be. Remember every word counts. Make sure you use quality sentences not big ones. Quality > Quantity that is what Cypriot likes to see. As of right now. I'm sorry.

 

Could you please explain a little more? I agree with you but others have stated that this needs to have more detail. I've agreed with them but your statement has always been the statement I've wished for. I will go on today and fix that. Thank you.

I find you immature, and irritating. I mean you honestly just try too hard to be mod and minimod a lot, and looking at the comments I'm not the only one who feels this way.

I see you a lot and you are very active, and have seen you help others out in chat, too. You are very nice, kind, and bubbly. However, my biggest concern is don't get upset over what other people say. When you're a moderator, you will receive hate and criticism. Don't let it get you down, but let it help you.

I will give you 50% support, as I feel if something is lacking from you. I am not sure what it is, but when I find out, I will be sure to tell you so I can help you improve

Hey Noc! I never had the chance to respond to you so here it is. I thank you for taking time to read my application and answering with informative and friendly feedback. I'm going to start off with saying that if I would become mod, I would have to learn how to deal with certain things. I've been waiting to respond also because I wanted to start to work on dealing with haters and being more mature for he people who think I'm not mature. I feel like I've gotten much better at handling haters and am a lot more helpful. I also don't mind the supporters or non-supporters anymore thanks to you . It makes me feel relaxed and makes me able to respond to comments without having a bit of anger building up inside me. Thank you for your compliments throughout your little 'essay'. I have also been improving on taking other's feedback. I haven't been worrying about the ratings I recieve (unless they're friendly then I smile) and I have been a lot more mature about things. I will admit that my urge against people hasn't gotten a lot better but I have avoided commenting about how I felt inside. I usually just take a deep breath and think positive. I've been thinking positive a lot more than I have before now .

I've edited the times in case some players couldn't figure out when they could see me online! Looking through everyone's posts now to make sure I've edited them all .


EDIT: I've noticed that how I speak to everyone has changed. I've noticed how I have matured and how players started to give their ideas which looking at them now, actually made my application so much better. Thank you!!! 33
