I have a few people who haven't been getting their confirmation emails sent when making a account here. Is there an issue here currently and if so what is the current route to getting their accounts verified?

It happens a lot with email services such as Aol.com as well as Gmail.com. I know for a fact that Yahoo.com works itself.
This is something only the admins can look more into, but I added all I really knew about the issue, good luck.

 

We have been having the issue on MV as well.
I just have one of the mods send me the login information privately and I confirm it through acp.
I just need to know what process Zamb has set here to help players with confirmation issues so I may direct the ones coming to me for help.

Same, I tried making a account on Mineverse, and I couldn't receive the email.

When I made this account back is 2013 and I couldn't find my confirmation email, but when I checked the spam section it was there. I don't think that's for everyone but it was for me.

I haven't heard about this at all. However, I replied to the PM's on Mineverse, it wouldn't load correctly for me these past few days.

Pile, if you could direct people to me on the MV forums if this occurs, I'd be glad to assist them, I'm doing the same method as you, it's what I did before.

It happened to me. All you have to do is go to spam. It should be there.
