Bought a 25 Dollar Rank, Charged Card, No Rank!

    I had donated for the donor rank of 25 dollars around 2 days ago. The credit card was charged but I still do not have the rank. My user name is Daniela_ please help me out. Thank you.

    Do you have any form of email that you received, as well as the transaction ID?
    If so, put them in (hide) Receipt here and transaction ID (/hide) by replacing the () with [ ].

    We never received a confirmation email, but we had been charged 25 dollars through payment wall.

    Did you get the transaction ID or any form of screenshots?

    No, we do not have the transaction ID, but it had said Payment Confirmed as well as the credit card charged. Are you able to check recent transaction from this account (Daniela_)?

    I don't feel like bugging him too much, so I'm going to give this just a few more days so he can at least have a chance of replying :p

    I would appreciate it if you would bug him one last time because it has been over 2 days that our credit card has been charged. We know of another user who donated and received the rank that same night as me. I would rather not file a charge back with the credit card and hope that he can resolve this ASAP. I greatly appreciate your help with this. There is also an attachment of the confirmed payment.

    I'd like to thank you for donating, but when you agreed to the terms and conditions, it stated this:

    You cannot chargeback :p

    He has not been on for a couple of days, and I already have some requests pending with him at the moment. I will gladly do so once he's logged onto the forums.

    Make sure to send an email to [email protected] or @[email protected] (if using mineverse email, state skyblock.net as problem server) to also help.
    Hopefully an admin will sort out this issue quickly.
