Recently my minecraft account got hacked.
On this account i had a 50$ [Net] Rank my acc name was gamecontrol112 heres the proof
i also done this in two different purchases heres the first

If you could please transfer my rank to my new account that i bought

I am not really sure if cyp can transfer the donor rank of a hacked account to the other new account..

 

CypriotMerks does not do rank transfers anymore, but you can always shoot him a private message via forum conversation to see if his policy has changed

 

So i cannot get my rank or money back?

 

You could try a charge back then buy your new account the rank with that money

You can't chargeback, it's against the terms and conditions for when you bought your donor rank.
As I said before, contact CypriotMerks through a private message or something and see if his policy has changed.

 

He most likely will transfer the rank, usually being hack is a reason to move the rank, he moved my rank when I was hacked, but then again I am a donor 400.

If you have the transaction ID to the account, you can message Mojang and you can get your account back. If not good luck with the transfer.

 

i dont have the transaction id i cant even change the password it was completely deleted when it was hacked and i either need my rank or my money back i'm pissed so give me one

 

Please, calm down. Getting upset will not help your situation at all.
You cannot take your money back, so you will have to wait.

 

As Lem said just calm down. If you cannot get it back, you can always ask for someone else to buy you one. But it costs many many diamonds. I would just ask for donor 10 (25 diamonds) as an auction. Someone would buy it for you unless they don't want to. I would but I've spent way too much money on minecraft. Good luck.
