You will need to close the dispute if you want to be unbanned. When the dispute is fully closed you'll be unbanned and able to play again

 

Helpful. How do I close it?

 

To close a dispute:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Resolution Centre at the top of the page.
3. Click the Case ID
4. Click close dispute
5. Enter any comments in the comment box and continue to close your dispute.

 

Im sure they won't close it. They have most likely done this to get me banned purposly

what if that person doesnt close it? im just banned pernamently?
i was upgraded randomly. ive tried to contact through forums but no luck.

adding on... i have no disputes. ive donated $10(15NZD) personally on my want then _LOVEY_ upgraded me at random along with a few other people
