6. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Because i havent done any griefing as such and dont break any rules im $100 donor and i care about the server, i havent done anything to deserve this so can this please be followed up

Just Saying Why would i grief when i donated my own money from my birthday, if i have appertly griefed or broke a rule, must be a misunderstanding but wont happen again, Im Loyal and Truthful, Helping others is what i am there for.

4 pages of grief... Crops, dirt, logs, cobblestone stairs, cobblestone, soil... 4 pages of it, at about 13:03 server time that day.

I have been banned for so called "Griefing" and I can say this, i have been banned for griefing on the 10th of october but that day i was on for 2 mins to check up on some friend etc, i had exams that day and was quite tired, TBH noone hacked my account and also donating $100 and getting banned for it, this makes no sence. Yes i have been kicked for spamming as most people are but long time ago griefers is not the most best way to sort it out, (Personal Opinion) ALOT of people would have be banned but im guessing 1/4 maybe more are donators but i may be wrong. This will have upsetted ALOT of people and can i please talk to you 1 on 1. Yes this needed to be resolved but im quite sure mods/admins may have griefed or taken something at least 1 time and something may not have happened to them. Contact me on here ASAP to talk

Also ALOT will say oh but this person did this or this person did that. But i Dont lie, all im on .net for fun and Helping out others you are going to be loosing alot of players

look i didnt grief ANYONES island and what do you mean by rolledback? i just fly over islands to see for ideas of what to build and if he was griefed i can always help rebuild and give iron etc

 

By the way a question how hiimbored52 grief me and i NEVER grief what rolledback mean and i could sue noobcrew but ill hold back for now for taking Money and not respecting property. I payed for Donor and with my own money and ive been griefed 6 times and NOTHING been dont to handle it ive had to fix myself please answer

 

Cookie, remain calm and handle this situation properly with an even temper.

As a sidenote, it is impossible for you to sue. You own no part of skyblock, you did not pay for Donor. you DONATED money, and became a Donor as a thank you from Noobcrew.

7 days may seem like a long time ago, but I doubt the the victim would feel a week's passage would grant a pardon. Certainly the victim would not like to hear "yeah, logs show who did it, but we dont care because _____".

____ can be 'its a week old'
or, 'cheaters might quit the server'
or, 'rules dont protect the victim'
etc.

 

If you are griefed, looted, whatever... post it in the Forum. It will be investigated.

hiimbored52 is multi-island griefer/looter, and is banned & rolled back.

What you might consider doing is just to come clean.
Don't threaten noobcrew.
Its a lot of talk about mostly things that are unrelated to the simple fact of what happened on the 10th.
Being Donor does not mean you can throw away rule #1.

Cookie - I highly recommend you tell the truth. In fact if you do, you will likely be unbanned (opinion, not fact) but I do encourage the TRUTH (always better than lying, believe me).

Hosnestly and Truthfully i did come across this island when i was looking for ideas and i did have a nose around, i destroyed 1 or 2 blocks just to get inside. Once i had a look around and mobs just got spawned on the top of my head and i didnt have god mode on at the time. My sword broke and all i had was my pick but as much as the island was griefed i didnt take the gardens and things apart but i did damage a couple of blocks (around 10-15) while fighting. Im sorry if it was griefed any more but i am willing to pay anything back to help out

There is no point in me playing .net as im just going to be cookieraid3r_ not NZCookie. Im really sorry if anthing was harmed but i am willing to help rebuild / make better.

For a fact i have griefed 1 island but it was a starter island with obsidian on it and i have only done it once in my time on .net but that was with a mods help as someone was trying to grief me.

3. Have not lied or misled. - I dont Lie as i respect all others and there opions, lieing is not the way to go and have made up if i have done so​

4. This is a first offense. - Yes this is a first offense but i didnt mean this to happen in any way​

5. Had a Single incident (e.g., bridging to just one island & looting/griefing it -- not a grief network). - Ive been affended 6 times and no mods have helped me so i had to take into my own hands​

6. You have served minimum 7 day ban.; I Got banned for the 10th october so i think i have (think)​

7. Have 30+ day rollback; likely already done. - Does this mean i get my $100 Donor rank Back​

8. Answer: Why should you get a break if others have to follow the rules? - I didnt mean to in any way and i will rebuild if need be and i dont think i should be able to break blocks if others cant so i obey all rules and take them under FULL strict orders​
