Verdict: It's been awhile since the end of the raffle (from my timezone) and the amount of sticks required to be sold for the giveaway was not accomplished, sorry for any inconvenience and thank-you for those we entered!
Quite an odd way to make money. 27 slots full of grass is worth 81 diamonds, which is more than 10 spawners, and I doubt it will ever fill up because if you pay you aren't even guaranteed to get a spawner.
