I have a realy heavy Question for you:
Why do you set up a Skyblock Server, where you need to get Ingame cash (Grass Block) to do more at your Skybase?
The Idea of making it Online and trade with other Players is really cool and to trade with Villagers (yeah, but with farmable Items), but you can't do more than get tons of Cobblestone and farm with Melons and Pumpkins.
In the Offline/Lokal Mode, you had yourself or friends to get all the stuff, but here on the server you have to PAY for it!
Sorry, but that's not cool :/

Then don't play on the servers if you do not like it.

Most of the items that require Grass Blocks can be obtained from other players by trading, not necessarily for Grass Blocks. That's the beauty of Skyblock, you can trade for just about everything (perhaps not Sand) that you want with other players, not just the villagers.

yeah but I get what he is saying, you need materials to play if u don't pay u get like nothing except for like3 grass blocks in an hour of ma j. I personaly think noobcrew should charge a bit less for all the ranks

    is that what u meant?

    They are donations, not "ranks"
Yes, they give you a rank, but that's to make the younger players donate.

Don't like the servers? Don't donate, simple as that.

    Hunterpence1021, yes that's what I meant,
And if they JUST let mobs spawn normal, no one need to craft stacks of stoneswords and leatherarmor to get 1 or 2 drops from the evil mops and have not do get their luck in the animal areal.
OR give the donaters a "special" skyblock world where they can harvest more and have a nether door or something.

It's like what maximilian500. If you don't like the server, don't play on 'em. Ain't no need to make a big deal out of it, right Maxi?

Not true, you can easily farm up stuff like Wool, Wood, Cobblestone, Stone which you can sell for more than 3 grass blocks/hour. Wood these days goes from 3-5 iron/stack, and it doesnt even take that long to farm. Need bones? /warp mob has lots of free bones. /ma j is an inefficient way of getting grass blocks compared to other methods.

Because servers aren't free to run, the more players a server has, the more it costs to maintain.

Why not? Being lazy or impatient is not an excuse. That's for donors :)

So I tried to trade and to be friendly, no one answer to my trades (I wanted to trade wool,Wood, etc in stacks for something that you can't get "normaly").
So blaq : sorry farm = grass blocks don't work as well as you told.
But it's still an online Server where People want to see other skyblocks and just wann talk. Thats cool and it's fo free ^^'
So I can have my fun ... sometimes.
PS: Server needs a trust or private plugin.

If you meant what I think, the servers both have protected islands and lockette for your chests so you don't

You can still make your island as good as any donor's without donating, you just have to put a bit more effort in.

For those that enjoy the server and want to add on to Skyblock, the option to donate or vote for items not obtainable on Skyblock such as redstone, iron ingots, diamonds, extra grass blocks etc is available. Though Skyblock.net is entirely the same as downloading the map and playing it on your computer legit. You don't have to pay for anything to play Skyblock in it's original form or to unlock features usually capable of achieving offline/locally.
