Why I rebel (against staff).

Alright I'm just gonna jump straight into the thread I suppose.

I just want to explain why I currently don't like the staff and am pretty much a douche to alot of people.
I don't know when this started but currently there's a couple of players completely abusing my a**.
(IE. rate abuse, constant posting on my profile / threads with negative comments, in-game messages)
Now I don't really report people because I'm not a 12 year old who can't win arguments.

But the issues I run into are whenever I start arguing back, these little 14 year old keyboard warriors have sucked up to the mods so bad that the mods like them, and I.. I repeat I get in trouble.

Nice example here:

2 people wishing me dead, I ask a staff member, in this case the top only shows krissy, but I tagged like 6 mods below the post.



Me receiving rate abuse from a certain player I won't name.
I reported this on the thread to about 5 mods, they were all online at the time.


The discussion on that thread continued and I watched my words VERY carefully because I'm trying to get evidence on this guy abusing me

Take a guess what happened,
all the posts got removed and I got warned for going off topic and being rude.

the profile post was miscommunicated from their part because the link provided took me to my profile.
but apparently I was very rude and off topic.
On MY OWN thread that was moved to OFF TOPIC, my posts got deleted for being off topic.
#logic is key.




Another example,
a few days ago I was chilling on the server talking to people throwing the #sgt4admin joke around, because for real i think everyone knows I'm messing about with that.
and some people just start harassing me, so I ask a mod to stop it and I get completely ignored.
Later a guy jj54 or something calls me out for flaming his 12 year old son, so I react.
Now I am very rude but I rarely flame people, so I was interested in the name.
He provides a name I am 100% sure I never flamed so I start defending myself, because you know I'm not an idiot.
I get muted.

Currently most of my posts just get insta deleted for some reason and whenever I report a post on the forums for serious reasons it gets insta denied.

TL;DR:
I get abused, and when I try to fix it I get in trouble
When I try to act nice, above happens.
When I report, I get in trouble
When I defend myself, I get in trouble.

I'm currently at a point where I really dont care anymore and it is at this point that 4 years ago I received a global perm ban (now resolved into a .org perm ban).
Please explain to me how to handle this..

 

How are you even posting it says on your profile picture [BANNED] so what the heck? Anyways if you don't like the current staff just leave the server or just listen to them and be kind you will be banned or muted perm so yeah.

 

Yes thanks for this advice I should do be kind to people that mute me for being kind.

I fully do and I dont care about the post itself but people have been banned for days for saying "KYS" because apparently thats a death threat. my point is staff doesnt care about certain people.

 

You complained to staff about getting rate abused/insulted and then you got a warning for it? LOL
That's why you need to report that sort of thing, using proper formats...be that 12 year old...and mods will act on it.

 

I won't make a stupid report because I KNOW mods saw the post and let it slip because he's their friend and I'm their "enemy" I suppose.
they saw it and they decided to let it go but whenever I slip up just slightly once I'm out of the game

 

But if you make the report and they don't act on it, there is a possibility they could lose their position and none of them want that to happen.
Report those instances and whether it is their friend or not, they will act on it...it's thier job.

 

Mods shouldn't let people go and slip out of punishments when they do something wrong just because that person is a friend, and they should know that. Otherwise it's unfair and kinda biased.

 

I think they don't always see stuff, which is why we have the report buttons and all of you should be using them.

 

see the issue is though I enjoy discussion, and usually I get kicked mid discussion, wiping my chat thus rendering me unable to make screenshots.
I've asked how to handle this before and the only way is making screenshots of everything i say and do just in case.
I'm definetly not doing that.
On forums, same thing. I get caught up in a discussion and before I know it the posts get removed and I get a warning again.

I'm not gonna record everything I say and every conversation I have just because some staff members take out their anger on me.

 

I enjoy it, too, just make sure your thread is in off topic or discussion and you don't use swear words and you can discuss away all you like.

No need to, mods have access to deleted stuff. If you feel one mod has removed your content without it breaking any rules, find an smod and ask them to look into it.

Dude, just report it when you see someone blatantly breaking the rules..that's how you fix this problem. THEN answer the comment LOL...discussion AND revenge in one

At this time, mods are being more biased than they ever have before. Many of the staff members now deserve to get demoted. I recommend you report it, no matter what.

The issue I run into here however is, as much as it annoys me. because that's all it does, it annoys me.
I feel like this server is some peoples' lives, I honestly feel like some people on this server only have friends here and me reporting them / getting them banned would quite literally ruin their lives, whereas for me it's just somewhere I enjoy spending late hours / weekends..
