First off, wanted to think Mai for handling this situation as politely as possible.

Full exact Ban Message: " You are banned from this server! Reason: Looting. Appeal at Skyblock Forums Mai Your ban will be removed on 2016-04-03 at 22:33:29 MST.
Did you read the rules ? Yes, i've read the rules multiple times.
Why do YOU think you were banned? I was banned for "looting" a chest of 5 stacks of grass.
Was this an incorrect ban? Yes, it was.
Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? No, I have never been banned on Skyblock or have had any other issues whatsoever.
Why do you think you should be unbanned?
I have no reason to steal 5 stacks of grass from a trusted members island. I myself take pride in working hard for my loot and gear that I have today. I have never had any prior affiliation with any trouble or have ever been in trouble on this server. There were logs of me taking the grass out of the chest, but I still do not understand how as I was not on for the time of the chest grabbing occuring, due to me being AFK for a quick restroom break.

Alright. I tried to get your side of the story but there wasn't much to back you up.

This screenshot shows that you took the 320 grass that was placed into the chest. It states your ign.

That is what i'm saying.
There was the proof saying that I took the grass, but I can reassure you that I didn't take any of her grass.
I have NOTHING to back me up other then the time logs etc, and my good behavior that has been occuring on the server.

 

You've checked all my chests and the only island i'm trusted with is sw33tp0tat0s, which hasn't been active.

 

The grass could have been placed and distributed in different amounts.

 

I have nothing else to say to this.
I've given my best reasoning and can do nothing except contest it to the best of my abilities.
I'm sorry that I can't back myself up as much as I want to, but thats all that I can provide. :c

Yes, but I doubt that they'd log in at this time at day.
His name is Michael and he doesn't play much, but I won't use that as an excuse cause like I said before I doubt he'd log on at this time.

 

There would be no other explanation as to how the grass was taken out by your account. Are you sure there isn't anyone else? And are you sure that your friend, Michael, didn't log on?

 

Very very sure. I'll text him right now, but as I've said before he doesn't play much and i'd doubt that he'd know the ip to a skyblock server like this one. No other explanation what so ever that I can tell you :c. I've let you search all of my things, and if there's anything that I can do then i'd be more then happy to help.

Well your friend's word has some truth to it considering I play it xD

Could it at all be possible that you did accidentally picking up the grass thinking it was your own? If you were helping her build, we're you using her resources you could of gotten them mixed up with your own

 

No Mam/Sir. I never would deposit or pick up grass that I didn't know about, cause to me Grass has a price. I would never confuse any resources at all, especially 5 stacks of grass.

 

And in that in mind, I refer back to my beginning statement above " I like to work hard for my items and gear ".

At the time of her trusting me, we were all getting ready to help build.
I was there when she trusted me, and shortly logged off after I was trusted cause I had to leave.
Otherwise, I would have never been trusted. Misconception.

 

Well the owner of the island said you were only trusted because you were going to transport a DC of Oak wood into a chest.

 

That was never told to me at any time prior, check any chat logs whatsoever.
She requested for help on her island, so me and a couple of others came to help.
