For 1.9+ clients, make it highlights the target player on client side with glowing status effect for 30s if following conditions are met Target player is not opted in PVP Target player is within 50 blocks This would be useful for finding player in crowed situation where /tpa is not suitable to use, like working in the nether with one or more person.
