What would happen? (Semi-Serious)

What would happen if somebody reported this server for not following the EULA? The areas that would be against the rules are all the donor perks and literally EVERYTHING in the shop because they give paying players an unfair advantage over others. I am concerned about this because I am a donor and I wonder if I would lose stuff or maybe get my money back. Many other bonors will also be concerned with this.

Please comment what you think would happen and how we can fix it, thanks!

Possible solutions:
===Make all donor perks obtainable in-game for a massive amount of diamonds and have players grandfathered in (not sure if legal)
===Remove all ranks and give everyone some things like fly and color chat
===Charge $10 entrance fee that all donors have already paid and refund the rest
===Refund everybody all their money and stuff.
===Move everybody to ORG and require like 1 mil for an upgrade
===Delete server

I dont think they will "Delete Server".

The owners would want the server to stay alive, maybe just that noone would play the server.

Me being a boner I would be upset about it.

But yeah this is something to think about since I've spent 250 on skyblock.

 

tbh i would still donate even for cosmetic perks as long as they added a bunch more

It doesn't matter what version the server is on. Mojang will blacklist the ip.

 

Actually you're incorrect. Mojang didn't add any blacklist ability to the vanilla client until 1.9.3.
