What happens when Butane burns?

Butane is a flammable gas called a hydrocarbon. It is made of 4 carbon and 10 hydrogen atoms. When Butane begins to burn, it combines with oxygen creating a flame. It is rarely ever "Clean Butane". What I mean is when it is released into the air, it creates many pollutants. Also, if the flame is more of an orange instead of blue, that means that the Butane is not getting enough oxygen.

There are many chemicals released when Butane burns:

• Water- It may seem ridiculous but when hydrogen and oxygen mix, they create H2O. (The water most of the time turns into steam.)
• Carbon Dioxide- Carbon reacts to the oxygen during combustion. (CO2)
• Carbon Monoxide- When there is not enough oxygen for complete combustion, carbon turns into Carbon Monoxide. (CO)
• Soot- Some of the carbon won't even react to the oxygen so it becomes soot. (Soot can damage the lungs and cause health problems.)

I'm just randomly popping in here, but Butane has 10 hydrogen atoms and not 6, that's 1-Butyne or 2-Butyne, which is a completely different thing.
