The banning moderator doesnt recall banning me and in the report on me there was no realname proof.

 

After that I said I was looking at the wrong account, because I typed in Officer_Wade instead of OfficerWade_x, so let's get right to the appeal. I did not state I was the banning moderator after but I gave you a hint instead, and you replied to me after, so you know by now I banned you. Apologies for not saying I was, I did not explain it fully.



This wasn't an incorrect ban. You clearly said "Not you dumb c***. Kill yourself"



That is disrespect and death threats. Death threats is an automatic 31 day ban. It wasn't an incorrect ban.

There was /realname proof, it was just in hidden content.



Can you please explain to me why you thought it was okay to say this to another player.

 

Ummmmm is there time proof? Or date proof? My nick is always Wade someone can easily change it and have a new nick copied and pasted in order to frame me.

 

I have to go to sleep then school, so I can't reply to this until another 17 hours probably. Myrmidous will reply to this appeal most likely with time frame evidence, I gave him permission. But I will still make the final decision with Myrm.

Myrm is perfectly capable of handling this report. Especially since the banning mod specified this.

First of all Mrymidious is Biased towards me.

 

I believe Myrm is not a biased mod. He will be able to handle this fine. If you cannot handle Myrm taking over the appeal, then I can deny this.

It is our policy here on SkyBlock to create a safe, clean atmosphere for players to enjoy building and chatting. To assist with this sometimes it is necessary to ask players to tone down their behavior. I regret to say you have violated this policy, resulting in a temporary suspension of your ability to play with us.

Your behavior online is unacceptable. By swearing at other players and telling them to harm themselves you are impacting a large group of people who simply want to have a good time. This contributes to an atmosphere of distrust and negativity that decreases interest in the community as a whole.

When you rejoin the server we expect your behavior to be more suitable. Further infractions will result in steadily increasing punishment lengths until you are ejected from the server permanently.

Your allegations that it was not you and someone might have used /nickname to frame you are false. I was present for this time period and I distinctly remember laughing into my drink over the phrase "Tell Myrm to calm his nipples". Furthermore I was in the middle of investigating your island grief when this chat happened. It is beyond belief to claim you were A) Openly talking to me and B) Someone was framing you with the exact same name at the exact same time.

Your appeal is rejected. Additionally I am disappointed in your actions and attempts to avoid responsibility. If you would like to have a direct conversation about this I will welcome the opportunity. My PM is always open.
