Your in-game name: Mr_Mooshroom_Man How old are you? 14 years Young What timezone are you in? Eastern Time Zone What country do you live in? USA What languages do you speak? English, Spanish, French, Some Italian, Some Portuguese Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?) I have been banned once from skyblock.org for spamming, it was a foolish thing to do and I have learned from my mistakes. Currently I am unbanned. I posted a ban appeal and it was accepted. Why do you think you should be a mod? I believe I should be a Mod because firstly I love to help people. Whenever I see a person in trouble I always use the little power that I have to help him/her. I wish I was mod so that I could actually have Superpowers (what I call them) to help all the people in need in the skyblock.net community. I would use my logblocking skills to catch griefers and my kicking/banning skills to kick spammers and ban advertisers. Also, I find it really frustrating to have to wait for a /tpa to go through when your trying to help someone. Finally, I am pretty aware of the privileges of being a mod like /ban, /tempban, /kick, /invsee, /tp, /mute, /lb, and I am also aware of the consequences of abusing these privileges. What qualifications do you have? The qualifications I think I have are that I am a very loyal, emphatic person with a respective personality that people love. Also, helping people actually make me feel better on the inside because it lets me know that someones life was helped in the tiniest way that made them happy. Finally, people look up to me in the real world and on skyblock because im not one of those cocky donors that just want to make fun of the non-donors, I sincerely want to help them. I really don't want to be Mod for the prefix or power, I want to be Mod to help the people that need helping and to fight the crime that goes with the server of skyblock.net. How long can you be active on the server everyday? 2 or 3 hours per day on weekdays (school) and 6-10 hours per day on weekends How long have you been playing skyblock.net? For over a year now (As I can remember) Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I have had Mod experience on some minor servers and some of my friends servers. I am also Admin on 1 minor server.
Good start! You've got the layout and you've got the basics. Now, it's just a matter of adding more detail (especially in the Why Do You Think You Should Be a Mod? section) It also might help to add a sort of timeline of your available hours during the week. (Monday-Sunday) Kbai~
50% Good Mod App. Try adding a bit more detail And some colour. Space it out a little so it is easier to read. Add a bit more on 'why do you think you should be a mod' section. Good Luck! ~ShadowCreeper02
You're off to a great start bud! A few recommendations would be: Have spacings between sections & paragraphs Add more information & expand on points (Ex. Spanish - how fluent? How did you get to learn this language?) I've seen you active on the forums & in-game; and this is a great start to an application! You can get a 80% support from me!
Still needs a little more detail. Good improvement. For now I can give you 50% support. You seem mature and you are active. Good luck, fix up your application a bit and let me know via PM if you want any more detailed feedback.
Why do people always talk about working on the app? Anyone could write an app but it takes hard work to help in chat actively. ---------------------------------------------------------------- I understand if you want to give him tips for his app because that's a thing Cypriot is very judgmental of... But not giving full support because of it is just simply not fair. How about you edit or make a new comment about the stuff that matters because once again, anyone can write a good app. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Anyways you're active, friendly, helpful and this is what really counts as a mod. 100% support. Also so it looks nicer (for cyp) I recommend some colors (not too bright)
Of course. I'm not denying that it's not just about the application. I agree with you that what matters more is online activity and friendliness and whatnot. But they're just suggestions.
