How old are you?- 11 almost 12 but would still be a good mod.
What timezone are you in?- I am in the eastern standard timezone.
What country do you live in?- I live in the USA.
What languages do you speak?- I speak English and I am starting to learn Spanish.
Have you ever been banned? (if yes why?)- I have been banned twice. The first time I was banned by the server because of a glitch and was quickly unbanned. The second time I spammed and logged out.
Why do you think you should be a mod?- I think I should be a mod because I would never abuse my power or break the rules. I would also strongly enforce the rules and temp ban or ban if it had to be done. I wouldn't allow any rule breaking or inappropriate behavior but would also be a helpful and nice mod. That was why I think I should be a mod.
What qualifications do you have?- I know all the normal commands and a lot of the skyblock commands. I also could quickly learn the rest of the commands.
How long can u be active on the server everyday?- I could be active for 1-4 hours every day.
How long have you been playing skyblock.org?- I have been playing on skyblock.org for about 6 months.
Do you have any past experience as a moderator?- Yes. I owned a server for a couple months and a lot of people said I was nice and a good mod/admin.

 

Nice app, may I suggest that you space out the questions from the others and highlight them in a different colour this would make your app look better and more presentable to others that look at it, also it wou.d be more apealing to others. Goodluck.
