Hello everyone! I would like to discuss something about trading, Trading is useful for pretty much usefull to everyone in the skyblock community. Although, sometimes you could run into a sneaky player that might try to scam you. If you do not know what a scam is, scamming is when a you do a trade with a player. You would give the item to a person, but they do not pay their side of the trade, so instead, they run away and keep the item for themselves. To avoid this situation, you could easily just call a mod and we will happily watch the trade. Also, if no mods are online (Which is very rare) we recommend you do a chest trade, we can check the logs on what goes in and what goes out of a chest. Also take proof of the agreed upon trade, like a screenshot of the offer and the other person saying deal if you do not want to do a chest trade. Doing these tactics will make sure that you never get scammed by those sneaky players. This is just a heads up, we just want to make sure that you have a good time on skyblock.net and never happen to run into trouble. If you are trading rares I highly recommend that you get the mod to process the trade directly using invsee rather than simply "watching" it. If we watch you trade and see you get scammed, we can ban the other player but we can NOT get your stuff back if they instantly log off. Too many times I've seen someone ask "can you watch me trade" and as soon as I tp, they throw a stack of diamonds, the other person takes it and logs off. I don't know what they agreed on and I can't get those diamonds back since they've logged off already. This has happened so much to the point that I no longer tp when someone asks me to watch them trade. Therefore if you ask a mod to help you with a trade, do NOT throw the items! We need to confirm what you are trading with both you and the person you are trading with, then use invsee to move the items between your inventories. It's quick and easy and 100% secure
You forgot to add to take proof of the agreed upon trade, like a screenshot of the offer and the other person saying deal. You forgot to add to check your surrounding with /near to make sure no extra invisible player is around to steal stuff. You forgot to add that you should take proof of having the items you agreed to sell in your own inventory and you honestly putting the item(s) forth in a drop trade or chest trade. You forgot to add that if someone logs off immediately, take proof with a screenshot after using /seen <user> You forgot to add that anyone who feels scammed can make a report on forums with the above screenshots as proof. Mod's should not watch trades with /invsee. Instead they should be the direct middle person of the trade. Full mods should just take the items out of the players inventory and return to them their traded items.

Getting scammed Sucks I have lost Lots of grass When I was new to the server because of scammers. So get A mod to watch your trades!
someone stole my spawner but i don't know who it is and mods don't know so i cant get refunded but i think it's RAinB0Ws
I kind of wish there was a trading plugin where both players have to accept the trade before it happens.... kind of like in MMORPG game trades
I don't know how some people would even trust anyone on the internet let alone a block game full of people trying to get rich. Like get a mod or proof and don't be stupid and forget to or else you'll be sad later on.
