Trade Down? Keys lost.

So, I logged into skyblock, and did my daily votes. I got 2 voter keys and a rare key. As you would imagine, I wanted to redeem these, but when i warped to trade, there was nothing there and I fell into the void and lost my keys and the grass i got from it. Is there anything that can be done to recover my keys?

 

Ill refund you, cyps working on the warps atm. Apparently people were dieng when they warped.

 

Any screenshots of you having it? I believe you, but proof is always good to have.

 

DO you have any proof verifying this? in which case I'm willing to refund you if rocket haven't done it yet
