Note- I decided not to use too much color as I feel that color distracts from the content of the application. Enjoy.

Introduction: I'm tkjpie. I decided to make this application as I greatly enjoy playing and helping other users. Please take into consideration that this is my first moderator application, although I have applied for many other positions and been accepted, both virtually, and in the real world. I come from a great family, which includes my brother Alex (funnily enough, who goes by asjpie), and my dog, Oliver. I live in New York, in the USA.

In-game name/Personal info- Most of the time, I go by tkjpie, but you may see me change my nickname based on my mood or what I'm doing. My actual name is Thomas, but most call me "tk" or "pie". I am thirteen years old.

What time zone are you in? GMT -5 hours, or just Eastern Standard Time.

What languages do you speak?: I speak English as my native language, and I have an average knowledge of French, from school studies and my Canadian relatives. I can speak French well enough to have a Minecraft conversation with players.

Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?) Nope, I have never been banned on any of Noobcrew's servers, the only thing close to that is when Artificiality muted me to see if it was possible to message others while being muted (it isn't).

Why do you think you should be a mod?
I think there are a multitude of reasons why I should be moderator. I am a natural leader, and I am very used to making hard decisions when things much more important than being banned on a Minecraft server are on my shoulders. I also love to help others. I regularly do community service hours when I can, and I am in a program where I teach younger kids how to read. This makes me feel pretty good, and moderating gives me the same sort of feeling. I absolutely love helping out with keeping the bad players off the server, and helping them to acquire new knowledge about the rules and how to revamp their illegal style of play.

I am a cautious, yet firm person. If I see someone being bullied or harassed, I will jump into it right away and break it up. I do not tolerate any sort of abuse, whether it being a joke or not. People really don't need to hear about racial violence on a server. I also "moderate" the chat like a hawk. I can monitor the entire screen and pick out unsettling or sketchy messages within a second or two.

I also do not tolerate any kind of illegal behavior. Quite a few times, people have spammed me for illegal items, just wanting to "borrow" a lava bucket. I message them back telling them that those items are illegal to trade, and if they ask again, I report.

Since I already check the reports and appeals at least every hour or so, it wouldn't be much challenge keeping up with my appeals. Sometimes, I think of what I could have done if I was in the moderator's shoes. I have led many different groups on various games, I am usually a chat moderator, or a regular moderator who watches over the group and records illegal activity.

I also "tutor" my classmates on biology, and help them if they have any questions. In fact, it's almost like I am a real life moderator in this class. People come to me for help, as if I was a moderator.

I am also the kind of guy who doesn't crack under the pressure. I do not have trouble watching over large amounts of people. If you attempt to cuss me out or diregard a warning, I will start talking to you and discuss your wrongdoings, which might lead to a ban. I lash out on illegal behavior, as being too lax makes the offenders take advantage of this and many violators will become repeat offenders.

I am going to play on my school volleyball team, and I will play as a libero. For those who don't know, a libero is a back row player who directs play movement, and "backs up" players in trouble. I have also served as a coxswain on a crew team, who controls the direction of the boat and shouts orders.

I also like to help out new players with simple things like /home, or turning obsidian into lava, as I had no mod to help me with that and I do not want others going through their beginning of skyblock, with no help from any outside sources.

I have been griefed myself, and I know the fear you feel when some of your most valuable creations are in danger. I will do my absolute best to keep the amount of griefs, loots, and scams as low as possible.

I am a respectful, and sincere person. I do not make false promises. If I say you are perm banned, you are perm banned unless a drastic change in events occurs (and I mean drastic).I like to joke around, but I am known as a pretty serious person. I know when it's time to stop messing around and get down to business.

I am an honest individual. If I tell a lie, the guilt gets to me and I end up admitting it. Everything I say, I mean. I can only tell lies under certain threatening, harmful, or just annoying situations.

I love to read and write, so handling long conversations will never be a problem for me.

I am great at time management, and I will not back down from a challenge. 5 page essay that needs to be done in two hours? I'll get it done in one.

I am a speed typer. Some may think it isn't an actual reason, but it's an aspect of moderating the comes easily to me. I am usually the first to respond to illegal trade offers, and I type faster than many people on the server. This allows me to quickly deal with many things at once, as even now I am spammed with questions that I do my best to answer.

What are the benefits of moderating?
The real-life benefits of moderating are quite substantial. Moderating in a video game, does not have as harsh consequences if you slip up here and there. From moderating, I can learn from mistakes, and apply them in the real world. Trial moderating is essentially to test the waters, to see if you can handle the position. From this, I could learn my abilities more easily, and make an impact in the real world, in a situation I do best.

How long can you be on the server everyday? For me, my schedule is pretty consistent, although I may have a large assignment or activity that pulls me away from moderating, or just shifts the period of time I am moderating. If I will be away for more than a day, I will notify the other mods by posting a status update relating to my absence, or by any other means of communication.

This is an estimate of how long I can moderate and at what time. I will almost always be on at these times, now that it's summer. I can also be on at other times, though I feel this is a consistent estimate. I will make up lost time, if needed.

    Summer Schedule

    Monday: 5:00-11:00 PM
    Tuesday: 6:30-11:00 PM
    Wednesday: 6:30-11:00 PM
    Thursday: 7:30-11:00 PM
    Friday: 5:00-past 11:00 PM
Saturday: Anywhere between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM
Sunday: Anywhere between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM

Do you have any experience as a moderator? Yes, quite a bit. On Minecraft, I am head mod/admin on two servers and I am becoming Helper on another server as soon as the admin has time to come online to promote me. On other games, I have led a group consisting of over 65 members. I led this group with only my best friend, and we were very successful until I quit the game to play Minecraft.

    Strengths-
These are all taken from people I know ingame, and in real life.
    - I perform quite well under pressure
    - Public speaking (whether online or in real life)
    - Fast typer
    - Honest
    - Technical
    - Kind (I try my best)
    - Generous
    - Helpful
    - Understanding
    - Alert
    - Social
    - Impartial
    - Friendly
    - Patient

Thank you for reading my moderator application! If you have any support or criticism, please tell me why you are supporting me or what I need to work on.

I will reply to every few posts, so I do not bump my app.

I read it for good measure, but it was by no means important for me to make an informed decision. You participate in the chat in every regard from the fun chat to the more serious disputes. You answer questions and help those who've less of an understanding of the dynamics of Skyblock without giving the "try-hard" sense that some others (I'll leave out names) so often portray. This gives off the sense that you're genuinely interested in helping out, not for the sake of attaining the moderator position, but for the sake of helping.

I can only admire you as a person and a player, and I am certain you have the necessary qualifications, maybe if not on the back-end with commands and syntax, at least with the openness and service to the players.

    Support.

tkpie, sorry for those negative ratings a little before, and I’m regretting that now.

    Support though

P.S. All the time I’m on, there’s always a mod or two that’s on.

If you could please clarify why you rated my post dumb glitcher, that would be helpful. I was just showing that I am grateful for the support.

I support. It's just that there are way to many mods on to even care about another one. Even though skyblock has a surplus of mods ill support you because you help a lot and i appreciate that.
