Tips when purchasing donor ranks

Quick note: if this is in the wrong area of the forums, please let me know.

This thread has been made for people who want to buy donor ranks but aren't quite sure what to get.

Step 1: First of all, start by buying donor10. Have that for a few days and see what you think. If your happy with that, keep it for a while, and then upgrade later if you want to. If you want to upgrade then do it. If you want to upgrade to donor50 for example, purchase donor 25 first, see what you think about it, and then purchase donor50. You should do this, incase the purchase doesn't go through. If that happens, it means you haven't wasted your money. Do this with any rank you purchase.

Step 2: Make sure that you write down the transaction number of the purchase and screenshot the page after you purchase, so IF for some reason you don't receive the rank you paid for, you can come to the forums and make a report in the donation issues section: http://www.skyblock.net/forums/donor-donation-issues.32/ - which comes back to screenshotting it. Unfortunately, Cyp cannot refund you or give you the rank unless there is proof that you paid for it and it didn't come through. That is why it is EXTREMELY important that you screenshot the transaction number (or id) for proof.

Step 3: Check that you have your donor rank - and remember, sometimes you won't get your rank for a few hours, so you just have to be patient.

Step 4: If your rank does come through within 24 hours, make a report here: http://www.skyblock.net/forums/donor-donation-issues.32/
Other wise, enjoy your rank, and have a happy time on skyblock.
