I am selling my island at /visit EpicSecretNerd. It has a high dropdown, a farm area, half a cobble platform at y=2, and a basic house with storage area. There are a few things in the chests like a DC of cobble and some mob drop chests that I don't want to remove. The island has been inspected by TheSugarCane and Wilbos_World.
