Temp banned with NO EVIDENCE!

I was temp banned by snoopy (the mod)
I was selling powered rails in the chat, and snoopy messaged me asking how I got them. I told him it was my friend, joseguzman8 who gave me them.
He said he would see if joseguzman8's island had a duping machine, then immediately banned me. Now I ask myself, what is the evidence?
(as a sidenote - I even offered to destroy the powered rails if I needed to)

4. Did you read the rules ? YES
   
5. Why do YOU think you were banned? because I had powered rails and the mod thought I MIGHT have duped them
   
6. Was this an incorrect ban? DEFINITELY
   
7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? yes, it has been about 5 months since last ban, I dont remember.
   
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? because I did NOT duplicate the powered rails, I simply owned them, and there is no rule that I have seen that does not allow me to own them.

 

I didn't ban you, The console did. I cant temp ban. ;-;

I did not break any rules to my knowledge, so why did the "console" ban me?
and how can the console unban me?

 

The console bans for flying. It may because of block glitching or using hacks to fly. It maybe even been a mistake ban by the console. You will be unbanned after the 2hours is up.

You're not meant to appeal for temp bans.
