[TeamTyler] Bribery [ChibiBerry]

5. Because I jokingly told ANOTHER USER I was going to bribe people to make my old signature theirs. Chibi was salty and took it seriously. Does he honestly think I'm rich enough to do that? I'm as poor as dirt.

8. Well, I broke no rules. I argued with a moderator, but that's not enough for a ban. Originally he raised my FORUM ban for it, rather then banning IN GAME, which shouldn't have happened anyway.

 

Majority of the reasoning of this is on the report you have going right now my post has most of the reasoning behind this

After discussing with you in game about which platform you would prefer your ban to be you said In game, which is where it should of been in the first place, but I assumed you'd prefer it to be on forums since it was already banned, also I believe in cases like these evidence no matter on what platform that is relevant to something are punishable, but next time I'll just put it as an in game ban. So knowing that sorry and it won't be happening again

You have no evidence I bribed anyone.

No, not at all in the first place.

You have insufficient evidence that I "bribed" anyone to leak stuff. That's why I should be unbanned.

If the ban was for something else REASONABLE, I'd actually wait it out.

 

I have evidence of the conversation, it is in hidden content since I don't want the moderator getting any heat from you providing them, but the evidence is there.

These are what the screenshots contained, and considering Ben did do what you did state. It just shows more proof of you bribing him rather than you not doing so


Why should I unban you?

 

I didn't bribe him. That's not proof of bribing. Copy and paste isn't proof either. "xD" basically says I was clearly clowning around. Do you really think I'm rich enough to PAY people to change something. He did it of his own accord.

 

How is this evidence of bribery anyway? He did it of his own accord. You're still going to get heat from me whether you like it or not, but I'm being honest in my appeal.

Considering the entire idea of you doing this is to annoy me, it seems you are having fun about doing his.

And I know that isn't proof but it isn't copy and paste either, its just a rewrite of the screenshots which I can't show due to the moderator I got them from being obvious, another moderator can verify that the screenshots do contain that

Also the screenshots aren't mine, if they were I'd have no problem showing them as unhidden content but they aren't mine.

There is more evidence showing that you did bribe him to do it, and it goes against your own word. You harassed a player to spread their personal information.

So why should I unban you, Failing to give reason for your unbanning won't help your case and if this appeal ends up going in loops your appeal will not be accepted.

 

I didn't harass them. Why would I harass a friend?

I didn't bribe anyone, you have no proof of me ACTUALLY BRIBING.

I should be unbanned because I broke no rules in game for an in game or forum ban. I'm bossy at times, but not mean. Knowing Ben he'd have done it anyway.

You have no evidence of me saying anything like "$20k if you do this" or "$10k if you harass this user" so I bribed nobody. I was joking when I said I was going to bribe someone, and you know it.

Just because someone says they're going to do something doesn't mean they're going to do it. I never actually bribed anyone.
I know Mineverse doesn't cross with Skyblock, but Ben told me that he in no way felt harassed to do so and because he was willing to get "payback" on you for me. The pm name was even called "Revenge"

I'm trying to avoid being repetitive, but since you're not cooperating, how am I supposed to NOT repeat what I've been saying? I've stated many times why I should be unbanned and you're ignoring me. Also, if you even plan on having a go at me for my attitude, then go ahead, but it won't change. I will be honest in my appeals, I will be specific with my reasons, as I have been.

 

After this experience have you learnt anything from this ban though,

From what the screenshots say you had a "possible intention" to bribe someone to keep and refuse to listen, if you meant it or not we won't agree so agreeing to disagree is the best I can do in this situation

Harassment is not tolerated at all and will resort in punishment, regardless of the player. This does include staff since we are players as well.

If a mod asks you to do something, regardless of your own opinion of the (reasonable) situation- you do it. Of course this is to be in cases of removal of profile pictures, signatures, information content, content in a post. Not in a situation where it is unreasonable- if this happens you know to report it.

And regardless of your personal opinion of a moderator, you do it as soon as possible, so we are able avoid cases like this

I've learnt to not piss you off as you take things seriously, like you think I'm not atm with this appeal. I've also learnt that I've never wanted to ignore a mod more than I ever have in my life. I learnt that I'm not the only person who takes s*** like this seriously.
Sorry that you took offense to all this crap, but I'm just not in the mood for any crap. I've stated many times why I should/want to be unbanned, so please don't ask again. A fair amount of people find this to be a dumb reason to ban someone, but the signature in the first place was fair.

 

You have failed to understand the reason of this completely. Your appeal will stand consider you don't see how this form of harassment could apply to somebody.

Wait 3 days before appeal again to really think about your actions, any appeals will be autodenied. Regardless of 'this being a dumb reason to ban someone', it is avoiding a 'dumb' way of harassing someone.
