Still haven't received my stuff

I payed for a $10 Rank and a Enchanting Table + Pig Spawner, but I only received my rank not the spawner or table

I have the paypal email which states that i've payed the full $20

can you please fix this up

that happened to me as well but with a prepaid card and 100 donor with enchant table I need this as much as you do

 

Also today i upgraded to $25 donor but haven't received the pigspawner for that either, come on guys!
