Staff Reviews

I think that we should introduce a new way that players can give the Moderators on org and net some honest feedback on how they are performing.
What I was thinking is that, let;s say, every 2-3 months, multiple threads come up on forums with the title:

"Krissy_Punk - Staff Review"

(just an example Krissy )

I was thinking that in the staff reviews, there would be multiple questions that players could answer that reflect the way a moderator is performing.

These questions could include:

"Is this staff member of the staff helpful to all players on the server?"
"Is this staff member fairly active?"
"Is this staff member easy to approach and reliable?"
(just some examples I'll edit this later)

If it is possible, it would be better if we could respond anonymously so that there is no hate.

So in summary, I think that we should introduce new threads that allow us to assess our Mods and help them out by telling them where they can improve. This would also help Cyp and NoobCrew to decide whether they are worthy/able to be promoted or demoted.

I agree with you 100% here, and if you read my most recent post on here, I give some good points as to kinda why we should have this.

Already had a section for staff feedback most players were biased tbh. Won't happen again but you can always tell the mod how they're doing etc in PM. Sure they'll appreciate it.
